Returns & Exchanges

Maison Margiela offers a sophisticated return process, allowing customers to request a return for any item within 30 days of the delivery date. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn and with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

• 1.
  Request Return Authorization

  Log into your account or visit the 'Orders' section to complete the online Return Form and receive your unique Return Number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in the original shipping box and ensure the Maison Margiela authenticity cards and tags are included before sealing the parcel.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Attach the pre-paid UPS or DHL return label provided with your original order to the outside of the box, covering any previous tracking information.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at an authorized collection point or schedule a complimentary courier pickup to return your items to our atelier for inspection.
